Jonathan Schick, GOAL Consulting Group
As president of GOAL Consulting Group and author of, The Nonprofit Secret: The Six Principles of Successful Board/CEO Partnerships, Jonathan believes in the power of effective leaders to unify movements and create community impact. He is a dynamic leadership consultant and nationally known speaker who has founded two successful nonprofits and consulted for hundreds of organizations. In the workshop, Jonathan will share the Six Principles that can unlock your organization's potential and lead to successful board/CEO partnerships.
Erica West, Bergen Volunteer Center
As the Director of Corporate Engagement for the Bergen Volunteer Center, Erica has over 13 years nonprofit experience working in fundraising and corporate and community engagement. She believes in the power of community partnerships as a vehicle for social change. She created and developed, BoardLink, a board matching and training program for nonprofits and businesses as a way to help nonprofits access volunteer talent. In the workshop, Erica will share how BoardLink can help you access professional talent to raise the level of your board and build meaningful relationships.
